How does the 12 Days of Christmas event work?
The 12 Days of Christmas unveils gifts at random times each day, starting from the 16th until the 27th of December. To claim, you need to have signed up with us on or before December 16th and have purchased a 2 GB VPS or higher from our Christmas VPS Sale or any other Q4 sale. You can check your account creation date here.
How can I claim my gift?
If your account was created on or before December 16th, 2025, and have purchased a 2 GB VPS or higher from our Christmas VPS Sale or any other Q4 sale, you can claim 1x gift per account after it's unlocked. CloudCone Credits will be added to your account as soon as you claim the gift. Gift stocks are limited, so it's first come, first served. Good luck! 🤞🏻
Why are some gifts unavailable?
To maintain the excitement of the event, a new gift is unlocked each day at a random time. Once unlocked, the gift remains available for claim until the end of the the day or until stocks last.
When does the event end?
The 12 Days of Christmas event is planned to end on the 27th of December.
