Challenge FAQ
Here are some quick questions you may have about the challenge 🥳
How does the challenge work?
The challenge works by completing the list of challenge items (tasks), each of which will award you a certain number of points. You can use these points to claim any of the prizes you see in the prizes area, with the option to claim up to two prizes.
Are the gifts shipped globally?
Yes, unless specified otherwise, the prizes can be shipped to any international address via postal service. Please note that some countries may charge taxes based on their specific laws.
When will I receive my prizes?
We will contact you via email to collect the shipping address. Once we ship the prize, we will notify you. Shipping is expected to commence next month, in mid-December.
Why are some prizes unavailable?
The unavailable prizes will be unlocked for claiming on the dates mentioned when you hover the mouse over the prize block.
How many prizes can I claim?
By default, you have the option to claim up to 2 prizes. Yet, if you choose to activate the '+1 Prize Claim,' you'll be able to claim a total of 3 prizes.
I did not receive an email after claiming a prize
You will receive an email only if the prize needs to be shipped. Please check your SPAM folder, and if you can't find it, you can view your CloudCone email history by clicking 'Here'.
When does the event end?
The BFC event is planned to end on November 30th.
